Old Thorns is a wedding venue I know well, having worked there for a number of different weddings over the years.
Familiarity with a venue makes a real difference on a wedding day. I already know how to work around the different parts of the venue, how the light changes during the day and where we can make photographs quickly without turning your wedding into a long portrait session.

I prefer to keep couple portraits efficient and relaxed, using the venue as part of the photographs without disappearing for hours. The rest of the day is largely documentary, capturing reactions, conversations, laughter and the moments happening around you naturally.
